Cancellation
For all Registration-Accommodation cancellations every participant should appeal (in written format) to Interium Tourism.
The total amount of the registration-accommodation except the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received by Interium Tourism on/before December 1, 2009.
Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after December 1, 2009.
All refunds will be done after the symposium.
